We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist
Outfunnel is a fresh fast-growing software startup. We have the traction, the funds, the experience and the ambition to build a remarkable marketing tool and a great company. We’ve made it our mission to help customers align their sales & marketing and we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to keep delivering on that promise.
What you’d be working on:
- Partner with our worldwide customers base to effectively resolve issues through live chat, email and virtual meetings
- Understand the business challenges of our customers, find gaps in their workflows and recommend ways to get most value out of using Outfunnel
- Become a valuable partner by educating customers on sales & marketing best practices and trends
- Operate and improve our customer success stack and documentation to ensure we have the right tools in place to operate efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing and product functions to ensure optimal onboarding and retention of customers
We’re looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic about marketing & sales with 2+ years of experience in either of these fields

Enjoys relationship building and how it can drive the bottom-line

Outstanding communication skills and native level command of spoken and written English language

Familiarity with marketing & sales tools and is excited to use software to drive results

Problem-solving mindset to understand customer needs and find the best solution

Willing to work at odd hours (many of our customers are in US, which requires responding to customer enquiries during Europe evening time)

Appreciates the (sometimes messy) collaborative and fast-paced startup work environment

Previous experience in a customer success/support role is a plus
