Automatically create contacts in Salesforce from web form fills
How it works: Whenever someone fills a form, the contact record is created in Salesforce automatically, along with key data about the form submission.
If a contact with a matching email address already exists in Salesforce, then no duplicate record will be created, but the form submission will be recorded for the contact.
Log the form submissions on contact profiles
How it works: Regardless if the contact already existed in your CRM or if it’s new, the form submission is logged in Salesforce, along with key data about the visit.
Sales have full context of leads and can sell smarter. No more guesswork.
Record all future web visits of the contacts
How it works: Once you set up Outfunnel’s web tracking, you gain access to a visitor feed of contacts who fill out forms and then visit your website. The web visits also get recorded as activities for the contacts in Salesforce.
Additionally, the source/medium data of your leads gets recorded, so you get a full overview of where your leads are coming from.
